Shipping Policy

We use the following UPS shipping options: Ground, 2^nd Day Air, Next Day Air and Standard. We will promptly take care of your needs.

You can choose a shipping method at the checkout. Shipping is calculated based on your address and ZIP code.

All products are shipped from our warehouse, located at 11511 Cronridge Drive, Owings Mills, MD 21117.

Returns

We offer a full refund if the product is defective. In that case, please call +1 (410) 581-0303. We need to have the products sent back to confirm the defect. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
